This immaculate, newly remodeled lakefront chateau gets its name from all the beautiful roses that bloom there in the spring and last all summer long for you to enjoy. This property features fabulous landscaping all overlooking Douglas Lake.

Sweet Briar features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and has relaxation written all over it! The home has all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and all since 2016. Nothing has been forgotten at this home and it features a large, open den, dining and kitchen combo that no one in the family will ever feel left out of. The dining table has 6 chairs and there are 4 stools at the large island. The kitchen has all new granite countertops and a large island. The den has a plush leather sofa, loveseat and chairs with a 60? TV for your viewing pleasure. Cathedral ceilings from the den to the upstairs loft showcase lots of windows to take in the views. The Master suite is on main level as well with its own private doors leading to the large screened deck. This master has a large King bed, flat screen TV, private in-suite bathroom with shower and a large soaking tub for 2.

Upstairs you will find a large den area in the loft with plush leather furniture and a Queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and lots of windows looking out over the lake. There is also a card table there as well. Two large rooms with Queen bedrooms are up stairs along with a full bath. Going to the basement of the home there is another den area with large flat screen tv, and another additional small room with a set of bunk beds. There is a full-sized mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin-sized mattress on the top. This home has plenty of sleeping areas for everyone.

Outside the home there is a large flagstone and paved fire pit with a large freestanding fireplace overlooking the lake. This will make for some great nights roasting marshmallows, talking and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The home has new steps to the lakes edge that meet up with your private dock. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and also upper street-level parking. Sweet Briar is bound to make your family some memories that will last a lifetime!
