Welcome to Sweet Briar! This immaculate, newly remodeled lakefront chateau gets its name from all the beautiful roses that bloom there in the spring and last all summer long for you to enjoy. This property
features fabulous landscaping all overlooking Douglas Lake.

Sweet Briar features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and has “relaxation” written all over it! The home has all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and all since 2016. Nothing has been forgotten at this home and it features a large, open den, dining and kitchen combo that no one in the family will ever feel left out of. The dining table has 6 chairs and there are 4 stools at the large island. The kitchen has all new granite countertops and a large island. The den has a plush leather sofa, loveseat and chairs with a 60? TV for your viewing pleasure. Cathedral ceilings from the den to the upstairs loft showcase lots of windows to take in the views. The Master suite is on this level as well with its own private doors leading to the large screened deck. This suite has a large King bed, flatscreen TV, private in-suite bathroom with shower and a large soaking tub for 2.

Situated on 1 acre of land on a beautiful cove overlooking the main channel of Douglas Lake, this home has it all! Private swimming pool all totally renovated for 2015 with new pool deck, large covered cabana with seating, a table, propane grill, small fridge and hot tub overlooking the lake just waiting for you! Tons of pool furniture and toys, floats and more are offered with our pool amenities. We have a private boat dock with newly added 40ft. walkway on the dock along with new boat slip, outdoor fire pit and newly added large 2-tiered deck right at the waters’ edge.

* Lakeside Paradise *

Beautiful hand hewn log home with approx 2500 sq ft of living space that sleeps 12. The home features a wraparound L shaped deck overlooking year round lake views. There is a picnic table, swing, rocking chairs and a small electric grill on this covered deck. The lower level of the home features a concrete patio with 4 person Hot Tub and 2 gliders. There is also a large open air deck right at the waters edge with all the furniture needed for spending time with family and friends relaxing. There is a large smoker charcoal grill located here. The home has seasonal lake frontage and a seasonal dock ( available for use mid April till Mid September ) There is access to several seasonal loading ramps and 2 year round loading ramps for your watercraft. This home also offers a whole home generator. Never worry about the power going out here. Very nice amenity to have during snowy season and the many times we can lose power !!!

Main Level you walk into Lakeside Paradise with a full size washer and dryer to the right of entering the lake home. To the left is the eat in kitchen with enough sitting for a party of 12 or less. Kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher Frig/icemaker, cofffee pot, and a trash compactor.on the right is your living/den which has a wood fire place and a flat screen tv.

* Cozy Cove *
2-4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

Welcome to our home at Cozy Cove! This luxury 3,000+ sq. ft. home sits right on the water and encompasses the entire point for complete privacy.

This rental features its own private floating dock and private loading ramp. Right at the waters’ edge there is a large covered and lighted pavilion complete with a picnic table. Inside the home you will feel the comfort as soon as you walk through the door. Our home features large cathedral windows in the kitchen, den and dining area that look out over the lake and French doors that open to the large, covered wraparound deck that has lake views from all three viewing sides of the house. Upstairs is the master suite which features a private door and a glass door so you can awake to the views of the lake.

Downstairs is the game room with a pool table and ping pong table for your enjoyment. Just outside the door on the lower deck sits the hot tub and, WOW, what views are waiting for you out from here!

Knasgowa (Cherokee word for Blue Heron) is one of the most serene places on the lake and is located less than 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This 2,400 square foot home sits on 8 acres of property overlooking the Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake. On the peninsula, you can relax on the wraparound porch and see water on all sides. The home features a gentle slope to the water with its own private dock so you can play on the water all day. At night, take a break in the brand new 7-person hot tub equipped with jets, waterfall and wi-fi speakers located on the screened-in porch with a new gas grill and furniture.
